Ross Dower Invitational - Little Mountain |
|
The Hastings Expos were winners of the annual Ross Dower Majors
Tournament at Little Mountain Little League. The Expos topped their division
and beat the Little Mountain Abbies 10 - 5 in the final. The Blue Jays only
loss was to the Expos in the semi-final, having also won their division.

Mackin Yard Tournament -Coquitlam |
|
The Major Expos won their second tournament of the year by
beating the Whalley Yankees in the tournament final. They went undefeated
against tough opposition to claim the prize. |

Stong's Major Tournament - Dunbar |

The Major Blue Jays played a strong tournament in Dunbar,
their only defeat coming in the Tournament Final. Congratulations to the
Blue Jays for their second place finish. |

Victoria Day Rookie Tournament - Trout

The Rockies and Orioles represented Hastings at this
year's Trout Lake Tournament, the Rockies finishing in second place with a 2
- 1 record. Both teams enjoyed their sunny long weekend at Trout Lake. |

2009 Hyack Major Tournament - New
Westminster |

Hastings teams dominated the event this year with the
Expos, Blue Jays and Red Sox finishing one, two, three in the Hyack Major
Tournament. With three wins and one second place finish in five years, the
Hastings Expos have claimed ownership to the tournament once considered the
property of District Three teams. |
