From T-Ball to Intermediate, we have a place for every young player to learn, grow, and love the game

PLAYER AGES ARE DETERMINED BY THEIR AGE ON AUGUST 31 OF THE CURRENT YEAR.

Junior T-Ball

4-5 years

Introduction to baseball fundamentals. Players learn to hit off a tee, basic fielding, and running bases. Focus on fun and building confidence.

T-Ball

6 years

Building on fundamentals with more structured play. Introduction to positions and team concepts while maintaining a fun, educational environment.

Rookie

7-8 years

Transition to coach pitch and beginning player pitch. Players develop throwing, catching, and hitting skills with increased game situations.

Minor

9-10 years

Player pitch baseball with full game rules. Focus on skill development, game strategy, and sportsmanship in a competitive environment.

Major

11-12 years

Advanced play with full baseball rules and competitive games. Players refine skills and prepare for higher levels of play.

13+ years

Transition level to prepare for high school baseball. Larger field dimensions and increased competition level.

ALL-STAR & TEAM TOURNAMENTS

HCLL offers All-Star opportunities for players in the Rookie, Minor and, Major divisions. All-Star teams are selected through a combination of coach nominations and tryouts.

These elite teams represent HCLL in district, sectional, and potentially regional tournaments. All-Star season typically runs from late June through July.

Players must participate in their regular season division to be eligible for All-Star selection. Commitment requirements and additional fees apply.
